We are going to the library on a field trip tomorrow. Remember to leave a car seat at school for your child. Please be at school no later than 8:30am. We are leaving promptly 8:40. Please confirm with Michelle if you are able to drive. Parents are welcome to join. Our appointment is 9-10am, when the library open for the public we will head back to school (and for lunch we are celebrating Fox Henry’s birthday:)).

Dress your child in red, white and blue! Be at church by 5:15pm. Ms. Hellstrom will be there to take care of the student until the show starts at 6pm. Parents are encouraged to wait outside until signal is given to enter church. Pre-k has assigned seats, but if they seem to restless I will slowly send them to enjoy the rest of the program with you. Let any of the pre-k teachers know if you have any questions!

Wednesday, May 22nd, May Crowning at church. Pre-k is open as usual, but if you want to be a part of the crowning of Mary you are welcome to attend mass, 8:20am.
Thursday, May 23- Crusader Day, a fun day at school. The In-&-Out truck will be at school. Pre-order lunch and join us. Talent show in the morning (Parents are welcome to watch the talented students here at GS. Do we have any pre-k students who want to sing or play an instrument? Auditions are next week.)
Friday, May 24- NO SCHOOL
Monday, May 27- Memorial Day, NO SCHOOL
Wednesday, May 29- Spring Concert at Good Shepherd Church, 6pm (The students have been practicing with Mrs. Bentz for weeks! )
Thursday, May 30- Field Trip to the Beverly Hills Public Library, 8:30-10:10am
Friday, May 31- Art and Silent Auction, 7pm at the Parish Hall (adults only)
Friday, June 7- 8th Grade Graduation Mass, 9am- Welcome!
Sunday, June 9- 8th Grade Graduation at Good Shepherd Church, 3pm- Welcome!
Monday & Tuesday, June 17 & 18- 12:30 dismissal, aftercare open until 6pm
Wednesday, June 19- Pre-K End of the Year Celebration, 10 am. WELCOME!! (No aftercare)
Thursday & Friday, June 20 & 21 -Summer break for pre-k!! The classroom will be closed for renovation until June 28th.
July 1 to August 2- SUMMER SCHOOL
Thursday, August 15- Meet and Greet, visit the kindergarten classroom (more info. will follow)
Friday, August 16- regular day, 12:30 dismissal
Aftercare in Kindergarten: kindergarten students have two options, Adeste program (in O’Ryan Hall) or the Pre-k aftercare. Let us know if you have any questions!
