Next school year, 2010-2011, will begin on Monday, August 30. We start the week off with two half days, 12:30pm dismissal, then go on to regular school days with 3:00pm dismissal on Wednesday and Thursday. 12:30 dismissal on Fridays as always.

Tuesday: Send two hardboilded eggs for us to dye
Wednesday: Easter Egg Hunt in the front yard
Thursday: Holy Thursday – Early Dismissal, 12:30pm

Good Shepherd Summer Preschool

Registrations are accepted now!
Hours: Mon.- Thurs. 8:30-3:00, Fri. 8:30-12:30. Afterschool care is available for an additional fee until 4:30.
Cost: $200/week
Ages: 3 years old to going into first grade
Session 1: June 14-18
Session 2: June 21-25
Session 3: June 28-July 2
Session 4: July 6-9
Session 5: July 12-16
Session 6: July 19-23
Session 7: July 26-30
Session 8: August 2-6
Activities will include: water play, arts and crafts, sports, science, simple cooking, music and movements, math and literacy building… and of couse what the kids need the most PLAY!
If you are interested in enrolling your child for summer or have any questions, please contact Petra Hellstrom, preschool_director@goodshepherdbeverlyhills.com. The fee is only refundable if the program is cancelled.

For children not currently attending Good Shepherd preschool there is a $25 registration fee and additional paperwork to fill out.

This Friday, March 12, is a regular uniform day because there will be a school Mass at 10 a.m. Spirit shirts can be worn on March 19 and 26.
Monday, March 15 there will be no school because we have a teacher inservice.
Wednesday, March 17 is St. Patrick’s Day. Please dress like leprechauns and remember to wear green! 
Wednesday, March 24 is Spring Pictures Day– wear free dress (spring attire).
